It is too easy in 2025 to get the idea in our heads we know everything about everything. Fact is, the more we think we know the more we have no idea what we are talking about. There is so much knowledge and information being gained every day, and most of it is fake news or made up fabrications, that it is impossible to know everything about anything. Even experts in a certain field do not know everything about it. Even cutting edge research in a field of study does not know everything there is to know about the subject. No one knows enough about anything to make judgments about it. The Bible says “we look through a glass darkly”. I was raised that meant there is a veil between Creator God an us that makes it like we are looking through dark sun glasses or dark tinted windshields. It is much more than that. Every person we meet and think we get to know we are seeing through a glass darkly. It isn’t just the hidden recesses of our personality that we do not reveal to anyone that are part of it either. There is a deep deep darkness overtaking us and it is only going to get worse before the Son of God who is the light of the world comes and rescues us.
Recently, this darkness is taking on the form of an arrogance we possess that gives us the illusion we “know” something. We get the idea from the internet what we “know” about a thing is everything there is to know. Or at least that we “know” enough about the subject in question to make our own judgments about it. That is the trap!
Creator God forbid Adam and Eve to partake of “knowledge”. Knowledge is the poison that killed Adam and Eve. “knowledge” and the belief we “know” or have a “knowing” is the opposite of “being”. “Knowing” is the sworn enemy of “being”. It is a very cheap copy at best.
Creator God says ABIDE WITH ME AND I WILL ABIDE WITH YOU! Creator is not saying “come know me and I will know you”. Abiding is a state of BEING. BEING ALIVE. “Knowing about it is a state of separation and separation is a state of death.”
“Being” is a function of SPIRIT. “Knowing” is a function of flesh or body. The “body” is dead in knowing. Jesus came that you can be born again as a “being” a “spirit being” to partake in the communion of the original creator BEING…….
